The time has come for me to part with my LS.

Overall it's been a great car, and I will definitely miss it. It's comfortable, fast, and pretty luxurious.
I think this car would make a great base for someone who wants to make a custom set up, or one who would like to get luxury car for pretty cheap.

Features:

It's an LS! :)
Aside from the given LS problems, there haven't been too many surprises.
Car is silver
Maintenace history available from time of my purchase at 102,000 miles.
Current mileage is 135,6xx miles. (135,666 as of today @ 3:51 PM)
A/C Blows cold
Passenger window regulator replaced recently
Passenger valve cover gasket done recently (Driver's was within last 2 years)
Eight new coils
Eight new spark plugs
Sport supsension (Shocks, sway bars) retrofitted within 5k miles.
No electrical problems
Rain sensing wipers
New Battery
New Battery hold-down

The lows:

A/C Mixer door issue possible - car needs to be on full heat for 15+ minutes before it starts to be too hot (going from memory here).
Front passenger dings
Rear passenger bottom of door scrape / damage (Was there when I bought it)
Driver's seat needs replacing
Bumpers need painting
Headlight lenses should be replaced - passenger lens has just started taking in moisture, it wasn't like that too long ago.
The inevitable rock chips on the hood
Missing LS logo from passenger fender (stolen)
Scratch in chrome on rear bumper
Paint bubbling / beginning of rust on driver rear fender
Scratch on driver front fender near moulding
Was told by ind. mechanic that radiator may need replacing.
Was told by dealer that steering rack has leak and needs replacing - haven't seen loss of p/s fluid since being told.
I think the transmission may need replacing / rebuild within 3k miles. Sometimes has harsh engagement into reverse. Maybe soleniod pack?
Idle is a little rough on cold startup, but goes away within 2 minutes. (My Honda does this too, so I'm not too worried about this one.)
Car needs detailing. Interior can use a good cleaning, and new floor mats. I think they're the original mats, LOL.
The reason the passenger window regulator was replaced recently was that someone tried to break into the car. They tried prying at the B pillar, so that needs to be replaced, but the glass was replaced, as was the regulator.
Needs a spare tire. Always had roadside assist, so it never bothered me.

I've tried to be as detailed with my description as possible to avoid any surprises. If you have any questions, please ask, and I'll be happy to provide any additional pictures you'd like. I have the engine cover, but got tired of taking it off, so it's not on it right now. :)

Asking price:
KBB Fair condition (via the wizard) & NADA Low Retail Avg - $4,905
- Seat & Transmission $900
= Asking price of $4,000. Price is negotiable.

Thanks for looking.
