Stock is a molded sponge rubber piece that fits the inside lip of the trunk so a watertight seal is formed when the trunk is closed. As far as I can tell this molded rubber part is currently (2021) unavailable from Ford/Lincoln.

Have you found a source for the seal? What have you done to replace this seal?

Check your local junkyards.

They tend to be torn/folded where the trunk rolls down to the bumper... but typically don't leak there.

Are you getting water in the trunk floor? Do you have a sunroof?

It may not be the trunk seal... but instead the rear sunroof drains.
