Use a 1K ohm resistor in series with the amp turn-on wire. Even though the audio in to the amp is differential, you can use it as single ended, just connect to the sub RCA out on your headunit. The sub amp is mono, so just one channel.

Ok, so I replaced front speakers, and am hooking up an amp to run them, but the headunit is no longer sending power out the wires that go to the left front speaker. Here is the question, can I cut the wires to the speakers on the center console, and run that signal back to my amp then to the front left? Pretty much, will it make a big difference if I disconnect the front center speakers? And do the center speakers receive the same frequencies as the door speakers.
