2000 lincoln ls code #p0401

Hey guys

need your expert help. Have a 2000 lincoln ls 5 speed manual. Check engine light on, car hesitating and lacking power. Code #p0401 --insufficent exhaust gas recirculation flow detected. I am told there may be a broken vacuum line or could be faulty dpfe sensor?? Any suggestions would be great

You say only 1200 ls with 5 speed manual. I have also heard 2,331 cars or 1800 cars. Does anyone have exact figures from Ford. Why do the estimates range so much??
