My 2000 Conti makes this squeaking noise when you turn hard at a slow speed to the right. It does not occur when turning to the left. The noise comes from the front end. Does anyone have an idea what is causing the noise as well as the cost? There is no play in the front when driving the car at any speed. Thanks
