Will 20" wheels 8.5w with an offset of 40 wiil fit and best tire size please thankyou
 
But, yes they will fit. As far as i know, the lowest offset with 20's is/was 38 (personal exp). I had 245/35. Yea it rubbed, on big dips only. Try a 235/35 if you mind rubbing

+ 1....on D's post. I run a 20x8.5 with a 38 offset and 245/35/20 tire. Rubs only on major dips at highway speeds.

Technically 02, that joke was about as old as our cars. Not sure why it keeps coming up though. ;)

Took me too long to read that, I felt like I was in the 3rd grade trying to read each letter in each word.
 
so my LS is hesitating when i accelerate. i think i need new spark plug wires. any help would be great......lol
 
Those should fit. You can run a 235/35/20 on that size wheel. You'll notice you have to make it through the hazing here. It's kinda like an initiation. :D

Okay Hite.....now that was funny.

Here is joke for you.....

What you need to do is go to the 1980 Ford Fairmont forum and do a search for spark plug wires. Be sure to search well because there are tons of posts on cross referencing Fairmont spark plug wires, along with their "cupholders" to first gen Lses. Look hard though because most will try and tell you that our cars take what are called coils. Coils, from what I hear, will not be on cars til the year 2035. :)
 
Well Marc, after some searching I found out my LS has the Flux Capacitors so replacing that should cure my hesitation
 
That is a rare LS indeed. Better hang onto that one before Michael J. Fox shows up wanting his career back. :)

I find it to be ignorant, as i am young and black, like big rims and loud systems and know several people that have and like the same, and do not speak like that. Just makes one wonder, would you do that in front of one or more black people, especially the ones that do talk like that?

I find it ignorant to automatically think because of the speech that I would be referring to anyone black as I know people of all races that speak with no grammar and "slangish" termanology. Also if a black person got on here and said that would you have mentioned anything about it...?

so before everyone gets pc just understand that was joke if you can't than that's your problem not mine
 
I know way more white people that talk like that than black folks.
