20 inch LS rims fit cadillac cts?

i have a set of chrome rims with size 20x8.5 for my lincoln and friend wants to buy for 2003 cadillac cts will they fit?

the rims on my car i had on my 03 cts and got them drilled to fit the ls so thats always an option
