I just lowered my 01 LS with Eibachs and OEM shocks. Im about to put my 19's back on and found a good deal on some new 245/40/19 tires. Will those rub and more importantly will it hit the upper control arm bold that sticks down? Not much clearance now with my stock 17's. I found some people on here with that tire size but the car wasnt lowered.

Before someone asks, how far did you lower it? That may help get you a more effective answer in one or two posts.

I'm running 245/40/19s and my LS is lowered with Eibachs. More important, of course, is the offset of your wheels. Anything lower than 38 or 40 I believe you're gonna have a problem. Mine are 49 I believe and I have no problems with rubbing....

Nobody will be able to answer without more information about the 19's: Width, Offset

Edit: HDDave beat me to it

Good point, i just thought 1.5" was the standard with the Eibachs. Thats what it came out to on my rig. I think i found my answer on one of the above threads but a definitive answer would be good before i go spending the money.
