Hello,
Just picked up a '97 Mark VIII with 25,500 miles. The car is in great shape, however, the airbag suspension system has been replaced with coil springs. The "check traction control" light and the "ABS" warning light remain on, as well as the overdrive switch on the gear shift is not operating. From what I've learned is when the suspension is converted to coil springs, this is what happens? True or not true ? If it is true, is there a way to get the above scenarios operating again? Especially the overdrive switch. Anyway, any advice from some of you pros out there would be greatly appreciated...Thanks!
