1995 Lincoln Mark viii

The interior lights don't work at all. With the door open they don't work. The dome, door, and back seat lights don't work with switches on or not. The fuse is fine. I have tried all the auto lamp switches on the side. The bulbs aren't bad either

Where should I go from here?

Get the service manuals so you can follow the electric schematics with a volt meter till you find power
