1989 mark vii what's it worth

I'm working out of town basically in the middle of central Texas. I found a 89 mark 7 with 219,000 miles it runs and everything works. The interior is shot, and it's going to need a new spring kit because they did a spring conversion years ago and I can't even tell what kit it is but it looks cheap. I paid $700 for my 84 and all it needed was a paint job with 126,000 miles so what do all of you think. These guys out here sometimes don't want to bargain with you lol
