I am planning my first tuneup on my 2000 Lincoln Continental, and I am wondering of anybody can give any suggestions. I am considering either Bosch IR Fusion plugs or NGK Iridium plugs. Since this is done so seldom, and the cost difference wouldn't be that mych, I want to get the best available. Any thoughts???

I stay with autolite AP104 (the platinums) Alot of people hate bosch for aluminum heads. Many blowouts with these. 1 mark owner has the NGK iridiums and likes them. The best out their won't help you out much. Any recomended platinum plug will work fine. So the choice is yours. Make sure you get them torque'd right and put some di-eletric grease on them (on the insulator or in the coil boots)

With 100k on the car you should have coil failures pretty soon. Not that their hard to change (5 minute job for 1) (20 minute for all 8) Did you get you trans flushed and filter changed at 90k?
