Had anyone ever had problems locking the car? I noticed te passenger door lock moves but doesn't actually lock. I'd have to manually lock it. I locked my car with the key and checked my door to make sure it locked. Instead opened and the alarm went off. Anyone ever have this issue before where you press the lock button on your key/keypad/actual lock inside and doesn't lock?

Yes, it happens now and then. The lock actuator is an internal part of the door latch assembly. You have to replace the whole assembly. Before you do that, you may be able to restore it to operation by cleaning and lubricating the door latch.
