I have a problem, and hope someone can help! A week ago a started getting a random ETC failsafe mode, now as soon as you turn the key it is in the mode at start-up. I am getting the codes above about the electronic TB motor/circuit. I have read about the coil interference and i swapped coils (the ones that were in it were only few months old) with know good ones. I am in the electronics field so i felt fine removing and cleaning the ETB, just 1 small electric motor inside. It bench tested fine. I check wiring for opens/shorts, to ground and B+, to and from plug and PCM, all check fine! I also installed a know good ETB and it got the same codes. Is there anything else that will throw these codes besides a bad PCM?!?! I had the PCM repaired / replaced about a month ago because it had failing COP drivers... Help anyone????
