04 LS V8 No cruise control after PCM replacement

Hello again, recently I had to replace the PCM in my 04 LS V8 after it died on me one day. After sorting all that out I find out that my cruise control is no longer working, not lighting up at all and no related codes from what I can tell.

Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue or has any idea how to fix this.

Probably the clockspring and just an unlucky break that it stopped working after the pcm replacement. Do all the steering wheel buttons work?

All of the other steering wheel buttons and horn work fine, so I’m thinking it’s not the clock spring.
