Hello, is there a fuse I can remove to disable my TCS and advancetrac systems? If so which one? Thanks in advanced :)

Don't make new threads for the same thing. You could have asked this in the other thread.

why would you want to?

from the owner's manual pg 222

fuse -3

fuse amp rating -5A

ABS/TCS/AdvanceTrac

Love how the guy who can't figure out to press the button and release, not hold for ten secs is trying to flame others on the forum.

Were all just internet nerds, what do we know? Go drink some more Patron, pull the fuse, accelerate to 90, the slam on the brakes on a wet road. You'll wish you listened to the 'nerds'.

first off, the only thing as smooth as the handling on a new LS, is Tennessee whiskey!

ABS/TCS/AdvanceTrac
if that same fuse also power the ABS system, i would definitely not pull it and drive anywhere.

Nerds trump dumb ass.

Mmmm whiskey... I like whiskey, it likes me, we get along so merrily... As long as it isn't Jack Daniels. That's the only whiskey I've ever gotten sick off of. When I got sick I put the bottle away, and a few months later when I found it again I swear it had what looked like mold growing in it. No idea what it actually was, but that's what it looked like. I drink a Canadian blend these days.

I think you made a few people angry... you might want to make a new account and start over. :D

lol

Aw c'mon guys, give Patron another chance. He's a fellow LS owner, and he did use a smiley in his post. Looked like this one. :) See? Laughy smiley...

Thats good advice right there.

Asking for help and then insulting the people you ask isnt very smart.

I'm not insulting everyone on the forum, only the people who replied telling me to read the manual and that BS... I did read the manual, removing the fuse didn't work and pressing the button didn't either.. Removing the fuse made the electronic throttle control take over and limited my throttle, rpm, and top speed.

People these days, hilarious :D

I'm not interested in talking to the delicate little flowers I angered, so i'll keep my account. Anyways I like my name, it makes everyone start talking about liquor for some reason :D

so let me see if I get this right, the seasoned FVC'ers can be a-holes to newbies but the newbies cant be a-holes or defend themselves back, you bullies :)

BTW, my car is 2002 and I tried to hold button down and it says advance track off, then 10 seconds later the info center says advance track on while still holding button and disables the button until next ignition cycle. wierd!!!

Gen II does the same thing. I think that it's a bug. It seems like they were going to make it work like it's Jag sister, but failed.
