So my navigator sunroof track broke and I went through the process of replacing it and decided to replace the sunroof motor as well, since it was starting to fail. However, when I put it all back together and tried to use it, the motor thinks that when the sunroof is closed it is in the vent position, and thinks when it is partially open that it is fully closed. I know there is a procedure to recalibrate this, but I can't find anything for an 03 model year. Any ideas?
