03/04 cobra svt supercharger fit?

Hey I thought these wouldn't fit our motors - think you have to change the heads, to make them fit, correct?

The guy's ad is stating "Works with 4.6l dohc with cobra intake"

funny he is asking $1200CAD and there is another ad with the same asking $3200CAD.
