02 V6 belt tensioner bearing change?

Can you change just the bearings out on the tensioner pulley or do you have to change the whole assembly?

Tensioners are normally sold as assemblies. The bearing is really the wear part, as long as you're still getting good tension.
So if you can find the bearings separately, go for it.

I purchased just the pulley and bearing from Rock Auto for $6.61. It is installed and running great!
