02 LS V6 - wat to do first.

new to the boards and new to the world of my lincoln. I've been a ford enthusiast for a long time and owned a converted 302 '84 notchback mustang but after too many tickets and breakdowns i got rid of it and just got my Lincoln LS6. I wanted the 8 of course but got a good deal on this one. I want to know from all of you guys with experience what is the best way to attack power. I've already put on dual magnaflow mufflers and the KKM air filter. where should i go from here?
