Hi yall im a new owner to the lincoln ls and I must say I do love it. but lately it has been acting up on me. When im getting on the highway and i start going from about 45 up to 60 the car will start "studdering" atleast 4 or 5 times. Its hard to describe but you can feel the whole car jerking a little. I dont think it has anything to do with the transmission or at least i hope not. Also if i hit the peddle pretty good and accelerate faster it doesn't "studder" at all, its only when I move up to speed slow and gradually. Also when im at a red light and I have applied the breaks every now and again i will feel a little rumble/vibration/pulsating under the hood that causes the car to shake a little but only for a like 2 seconds.then it stops and about 10 seconds later it will do it again. Now that doesn't happen frequent, i would say twice every 10 stop lights.
anybody have any advice? the car only has 78k miles. thanks!

The only way to treat an acting-up LS is to give it a time out. Once the LS learns it's lesson and behaves replace the coils and spark plugs.

Oh boy....search this site before posting the most common of all LS problems. Theres several 'sticky' threads at the top of the LS page that refer to this problem, not to mention 69,786 other threads that refer to this problem as well. Change your ignition coils and spark plugs and your problem will be solved.
