This started a month or so ago. Basically, when I turn the key to crank there's no noise or any attempt to start the car what-so-ever. The battery tested good and I just had the started tested, which also came back good. Since I have a good starter and battery, is there any other reason my car won't start? Sometimes it does start if I wait for a while, but otherwise it just sets there and does nothing at all. Not so much as a peep.

ignition switch?
starter solenoid?
frayed wiring between starter/solenoid and battery or ignition switch?

Ignition switchs do go bad. If you get nothing when you turn the key, I mean no radio, bell, dash lights etc. then I would go after ign. switch. They are easy to change.

I've basically given up on this car. It has too many issues and I can't afford to fix them all. I tried the advice given, but I think it's time to drop this car and get another one.
