00-02 Ashtray for sale

Seeing the other post about the ashtray reminding me that i had this. Its extra left over from yet another project that never got done. I now have a '05 so this is something i dont need. The actual ashtray part (woodgrain) is in good shape, the other peices have been disassembled. I am sure someone could use one. Make some offers.

I dont smoke either but i bought it to try to retrofit my minidisc player in place of the ashtray. I have seen someone else with their sat. radio in the same location. I looked up my old paypal records and i paid $23.50 for it last year. Even if you dont smoke i guess the woodgrain part could get scratched up or whatever and need replaced. I havent seen any on eBay for a long time so i thought this might me something that someone has needed. Maybe not. I figured i'd ask around here before i do an eBay listing. One of our fellow members bought the taillight i had before i listed it. I also still have the keypad for the door.

u dont need 2 smoke 2 have an ashtray. i removed the cigarette lighter and put in a switch...which controls the black lites i have under the dash n under the seats. its nice cuz its concealed n pops up when the ashtray opens. i can post pics if requested.

the new air ride systems tech has a switch "box" that is almost the same size as the ashtray.. instead of gettin a switch box loose in the car i wanted to custom make it where the ashtray is now.. it's about the same size.. it's not that i'm a smoker
