0-125 in my LS

you guys are worse than the mustang guys lol

#1 argueing over dyno numbers is a pointless arguement because every car shows different numbers.... let me guess you run dynojet drums to see those numbers? 10-20RWHP ON A MUSTANG DYNO, which being a tuner you should know that is fairly accurate

#2 this thing started with stock for stock the 2nd gen is faster... which anyone in their right mind will agree to.... now it got switched around to a modded 1st gen being faster than a 2nd gen, and a my car is faster than yours" deal? lol make up your minds

#3 with that being said a dyno tuned,CAI, and exhaust 2nd gen vs a dyno tuned, CAI, exhaust 1st gen what would be faster down the 1/4 mile?

exaaactly... while it isn't alot of difference it makes a difference when you put them next to each other, ]

the simple fact that this arguement got brought on?
other 2nd gen owners got to you in the past so you have to chime in on every second gen topic related thing and talk about your car to prove it worthy.... deny it all you want, I've been doing the automotive forum thing for a looong time.... with that being said I will leave you guys to your forum ;)

Look here, don't be coming in here being a smartass...especially to the person who is apparently your "inspiration" for modding your vehicle in the first place. The insults you have directed at members in here does not lend well to you building any credibility so far. I suggest a different approach.

I told you that your math was wrong, period. Take that feedback and move on instead of attempting to pull "Well what if it were a MD versus regular Dynojet?" out of your hat. If you were quoting MD numbers then you would have mentioned such. I am a big Mustanger and anytime a person dyno's on a loaded dyno they sure as heck mention it right away so as to inform people of why the numbers appear lower than a regular Dynojet number. Still, the usual default for pulling dyno numbers out for comparative purpose is primarily done while quoting DJ numbers, not MD numbers.

I believe that once you started comparing your numbers to Jason's ET and trap speed is when #2 happened.

#3 is correct. However you didn't keep it that simple. You started comparing your vehicle to a modded Gen1 and that is when things changed a little bit.

I do not believe that a Gen2 owner got to Jason. If anything Jason is attempting to educate these people to the real potential of their Gen1 LS's. If you think that by mentioning his findings, sometimes repeatedly, is being pushy then you may need to take another look at things here. I am sure he could educate you on a thing or two regarding the LS.

You had a good chance to come in here and definitely learn quite a bit, especially from me. It seems you are in pursuit of something else so good luck with that.

Once again, what Mustang forum do you mod for? What is your screen name? I am curious if I have seen you around.

You mean like how to launch his LS to get a decent 60' without buying DRs that he really does need.:D
