can you use a ft lb torque wrench to do inch lbs by converting the inch to foot? or is there too much likelyhood the tolerances on my torque wrench may differ on that low of a scale? i have to torque some bolts to 90 inch lbs.....so would that be 7.6 ft lbs? or is this a really BAD idea? thanks guys

does your reaction time get calculated in to the overall time on a timeslip? for example: .4 seciond r.t. and your 1/4 mile time is 14.1 did you run a 14.1 or a 13.7? dumb question i;m sure, but i dont know. lol.
