I had the same problem (sort of), i ordered smoked and recieved clear. But it's ok, now that i see them on my car i think the smoked would have been a little to dark, the clear look good.

I used to have the same problem, i would shift into D4 and it would not show up (00 V8 none-sport). I could get it to show D4 on the cluster if i played with it for a minute, switching back and forth from D5 to D4 a few times. I have the SST shifter now, so i don't have this problem anymore ;)

Put my new marker lights on today.... The quality is great, just as good (if not better) then the OEM ones (plus they come with new orange bulbs!).

100% agreed, thats why i was asking what year and model. I have a 1st gen V8 none-sport and i used 27mm energy suspension bushing, haven't had any problems and i will probably never have to deal with it again.

00 V8 none-sport (1st gen) Obviosly it didn't come with SST, i added that along with the 01-02 console.

Yes, I'm planning a centrifugal supercharger setup for my LS, and it doesn't cost $10k. The supercharger itself is normally the most expensive part, so your getting screwed if you pay that much for the rest of the parts. Find someone else to buy your parts from.

$10k?? Maybe, if you get all of your parts gold plated or made out of platinum :rolleyes: That is not a direct bolt on, but with some good engineering you can make it work (like Quick did). I agree with trilkb, it looks more like an M90 from a super coupe, but i could be wrong.

They look like giant eyes on the front of his car. He should paint the headlights to look like eyes, paint the lower trenz grill white to look like teeth and he would have a good shot at getting that thing in the next Cars movie!! Or, he could just paint some $100 doller bills down the side...

p0172 and p0174 are probably being caused by the two misfires. Did you replace/have replaced the valve cover gaskets when the coils were replaced (all of them, outer and inner O rings)? The VCGs are also a common problem. Pull the coil covers and coils off and look for oil in the wells...

Is your check engine light on? Your best bet is to take it to the dealer.

I never let mine go bellow 1/4 tank. The gas in your tank is what keeps your fuel pump cool, letting it go that low can burn it out (as gcwimmer said). In fact, there was a special on the news last night about exactly that, a local shop here in VA was saying that they replace an average of 4-5...

The Magnaflow pipes are not 2.5". They claim that they are, but if you measure the pipes they are 2.25". I have the magnaflow cat-back system as well, but i've replaced the magnaflow mufflers with flowmaster 40 series (the magnaflows sounded to "ricey" to me). Your may be getting that sound...

It means "keep alive voltage is too low". Check your battery to make sure its good (has it died/been replaced recently?) Check you battery cables Check all of your fuses Check for shorts or lose wires
