My 2000 LS had the issue where it didn't go into Drive for a couple seconds. It only did it when it was cold outside and the car was cold. Never bugged me enough to worry about it before I sold it. Now here I am 8 months later trying to buy another one. LOL...

I had to replace the "control" on the driver's door on my '00 LS. It's a b!tch to do! You're either gonna need a corded, not cordless drill or have a professional do it. The 3 rivets holding it on are made of some seriously heavy duty alloy.
