I had that sort of trouble before with mine. It was like it was pulling and revving when you hit the brake. Sometimes I had to kick my back in neutral for it to release. It was some sort of censor. Not too expensive to fix though.

The only thing I could tell you about your horn, wipers, and cruise contro would be to check the fuses. Make sure they're the right ones, or if there's even any in there. My cigarrete lighters wouldn't work because the wrong fuse was in it. Or it could be a short. l

My '93 TC seems like it's been burning oil. It is due for an oil change in about 400 miles, but I've had to put 3 Quarts in the last 1,500 miles. I haven't seen a leak, nor seen any spots in my driveway where oil would be leaking so I have no idea what's wrong with it. Only thing I've noticed...

I agree the 90-97 Town Cars are the best. I had a 1993 Conti Sig Series, and wrecked it. So I bought a 1993 Town Car Executive Congressional Series and it was a huge upgrade. Better handling, and the air suspension is more reliable.

I took my 93 conti to my mechanic to get new brake lines. He told me he heard that my steering wheel creaks when you turn, and I've noticed it too. He said I had to replace the tie rods. Anyone know how much that'd run with just the parts?

My '93 does it too. It was 8 degrees last night and you could hear the air suspension struggling to adjust, when it's above freezing it works fine. Must freeze from all the moisture kicking up when you're driving, and just freezes on whatever controls it.
