I took my 2001 Dts to cadillac today because my service light came on about two week ago. They told me that I need a new catalytic converter and it would run me about $677.99. Does anyone know where I can buy the part my self would I save money if I went that route?

It's a 2001 dts and when it's in drive and or revirse it accelerates on it's own does anyone know what it can be...:eek:
