Won't pass emissions.
HI everone. I have a solid 97 Mark VIII LSC with 111,500 miles on it. I bought it with 102,500. I took it to emissions over a year ago and they said 'NOT I/M ready'. Sooooooo, about a year later this past month, I used my scan tool and its still not ready for emissions. List many incompletes...- Maticus
