    This project got back burnered as we built an LS powered 97 sonoma. I do have the rear end and installed new axle seals. Did not get the limited slip yet though. It will be a direct replacement the only thing I have to find is someone who can reset the speedo.

    I saw one on ebay listed as a gen 1 but also stated as a 3.31 so i just wanted to have a way to be sure.

    Hello everyone, I have been here a while until now I have found everything I needed without posting. What i need is a way to I.D a 3:56.1 rear for my gen 1 five speed. Found a few for the v6 auto but it said 3:31. I don't mind paying for one but i don't want the 3.31... Thanx in advance Gary

    yea intake air would have to be re-routed but the intake manifold and belt solution were the bigger problems I saw when thinking about a scratch build. Guess all i would want is the blower, intake manifold and drive. Thats a popular blower so other intake solutions should be available. Just food...

    just wondering, if the intake and belt arrangment worked the rest is workable without welding or cnc equipment. First one I came across for a 3.0 duratec.
