I found a 96 SLS for $7000. its pearl eggshell color with 110,000 miles. southern car no rust at all very clean. no sunroof. but thats besides my point. i was wondering who's got the most miles on a norhtstar and what kind of major problems did you encounter?

i have an 88 eldo in great shape..(well it was) i started the car and heard a very loud rattling noise under the hood by the belt and pulleys. it increased in speed with the engine..so i drove it 0.1 miles to gas station so i can have some light to see what it was and couldnt find anything...

its a convertible top material but not a convertible..if i can find a ragtop kit to put on it i would.or fabric top does not matter all i know is my current top is done and makes my whole car look bad! interior redone paint is already nice.

So I guess no one can throw me a bone??

Does the northstar in a 93 and up eldorado require premium fuel?? or can you use regular and mid-grade?? please help me with this im trying to buy the car soon. :feedback

i would look at kelly blue book online. and take that price to the car lot. Also check the codes by turn the ignition on and pressing and holding off and warmer on the climate control display. write the codes down cause they will come quick :bestwishe

o.k its time to take opinions in the 92 and 93 eldorado models which engine do you prefer and why. take into consideration cost to repair and how long does the engine last, problems etc. and we will see which one is overrated and which one is not :invasion:
