i have an 06 with 49000 miles on it, for about the last week ive had a rubbing sound in the front end that gets worse when i hit the brake, the car vibrates from 45-60 and it pulls left, all tires are properly inflated, brake pads are practically new, any ideas?

My Lincoln LS has a moderate vibration right around 70mph. you can feel it in the floor and the wheels shakes, the car has new good year tires that were balanced by Lincoln Mercury. It had no vibration after the tire balancing, it started about 2 months after. any ideas? also my drivers side...
