Off idle, any stop and go situation

thanks for your quick respones, but i cant really put my finger on the smell. but as for the air bubble that you are talking about i had a mechanic bleed it but its still the same.

Hi All! 2000 v8 LS still giving trouble. current issue is that there is this smell through the vents of something burning after driving for a while and not long after the scent goes away the temperature gauge starts to rise which if i dont turn it off i get the check engine temperature message...

ok, i forgot to say that, the car was bleed after the coolant leak fix and thermostat was swap the same time as well. so what is it?

Sorry guys, but i need your help! Im from Toronto and winter season is coming and now the LS is acting up. I have a v8 2000 LS. First i had a coolant leak that i took care off,so no more leaks and the reservoir is full but car still overheats. I had it inspected and everything checks out but...

just an update, i was driving today and it started to go up, and i was seeing and smelling smoke. when the needle started to go up i had the heat on and drove with it for awhile then pull to a gas station and pump some gas in a matter of 10 mins, when i started the car again i turn off the heat...

that must have been real scary cutting lanes, i know how it feels, thank you for your insights. i hope its the temp sensor like you saidcuz i changed the coolant reservoir and the fan seems to kick in so im lost. anymore ideas please keep them coming. maybe i should bleed it again, what do you...

ok guy sorry if this has been said, i have a 2000 v8 LS and i have an over heating problem. the car has been overheating for months which led a coolant leak. I fix the leaks with a new thermostat put in. the mechanic bleed the system and i was able to get a day out of the car with no overheat...

Thanks for you rapid response. I did not bleed the fluid, I have a ceramic cross drilled from posi and yes they were sqeaking before so that's why I changed them but now its like I never did.

When I say a hard push i mean before i as soon as i put it in drive it does it without applying on the gas. and im forced to breake hard. The car dont roll, its hard jerk or push, shove

It doesnt matter wether its cold or warm anytime that start the car and put it in drive from park, i get a kick forward. i dont notice it in reverse. what can this be?

hard jerk when you put the car from park to drive. any ideas? all coils were replaced 2 weeks ago.
