Look on the insode of the door that is in front of the motor. There are three dimples. Drill those out with a 1/2" drill bit and you can pull the 3 screws holding the window motor. They are 5/16".

No. You're just using the gears. I'd also reccomend installing a trac-loc unit with the new gears so you get traction on both tires instead of just one. Towncar should be a 28 spline unit.

Can you hear the motor running at all? If not, check and see that you have power at the connector for the motor itself. If you have power there and the motor still doesn't run, its probably shot. To get the window up, try tapping the motor lightly with a hammer or something similar. It might...

AOD is an AOD, so yes, VII parts work just fine. Tailshaft length is different, but the guts are all the same. One popular mod for the AOD is to install the Mustang high speed governer in the trans, but that only helps if your engine makes power at that RPM, which a stock lopo engine does not.

Short answer: there are none. A better answer: swap in an HO engine and you'll have the entire world of Mustang performance parts to choose from. Besides, its really fun cranking by people in a stodgy box Towncar with an HO powerplant. I have one, so I know :)

You're pretty much going to need to run wires to the speakers. The old style audio systems in those cars use a common ground, which is incompatible with modern stereos. Disconnect the factory wiring at the speakers and just run new cables.

Not sure you can set it, but the code is on the trunk hinge on the driver's side.
