we took the battery out and put it on the battery tester at advance auto and everything come back normal, but have not tested the starter- 03lsfreak

got i 03 ls with 131000 miles stoped at the store and when i came back to crank it, it started up made a weird noise (like water hitting a metal fan noise ) and just stoped running. tried to crank it back up and it just makes a click noise (just 1 click) but the lights and everything on the...- 03lsfreak
