Im fairly certain at this point that the noise is coming from the hydraulic cooling fan pump. I drained and replaced as much as i I could and added half a bottle of rislone power steering stop whine. I'll report back on the results.

Fluid is fully topped off and hasn't changed level for almost a year. Definitely not a bearing noise. It is fluid related.

It is not the transmission. The noise is intermittent, and only after a 20 minute drive. If it were the transmission, the noise would most definitely be present unfailingingly after each 20 minute drive warm up. Also the noise is coming from the front of the engine.
