Finally! But... New PCM finally arrived and I got my car back yesterday. Appears to have fixed the hard shift issue! Car seems to accelerate smoother as well. Now I just have to get the damage to my bumper fixed *sigh* (dealer is paying for the fix):

So the transmission shop thinks it is the PCM. It's on order estimated to arrive on Monday.

More info Additional note, when my car is slowing down from 40 to a rolling stop, my RPMs are moving all round. It'll go from 1500 RPM to 500 RPM and everywhere in between in seemingly random fashion. I'll try to get a video of it and post it.

Zip Ties I used 4 zip ties for mine. Worked very well. I of course cut the tail off of the zip ties so you can't even tell.

Well did the above test for torque shutter and it didn't shudder when revving the engine up to two thousand rpm while in drive and foot on the brakes.

My front end has creaked/popped/short quick vibration ever since I got my car towed long distance. Haven't gotten under to check what is going on. I wouldn't be surprised to find something like this. Good luck on figuring out what the noise is coming from!
