My wifes 2003 LS ended up having two different manufacturer tires on the car. Kumho Ecstas in the front and Superguard GT tires in the rear. So I found a set of Goodyear Eagle GT tires 235/50ZR17 online for 388.00 for a new set. Totally stoked about that, and I also ordered some of those cheap cross drilled rotors and ceramic pads from there too, power stop set. . 150 dollars for everything. My brother in law is running them on his boosted Eclipse and no issues have come up yet. I have to install the front yet.. But the rear is done, and it seems good so far.

I like those tires and the rotors are good. But you should have painted those calibers.

power stop and brake motiv are actually really good brand for the price you pay surprisingly enough.

I just did a set of power stop rotors in the front a week or two ago. PS has always worked well for me.

Im real curious about how well those tire last. a couple of sets ago, I had a set of Eagle F1s on, and the performance was amazing, but they completely wore bald in under 20k miles. no alignment problems, even wear (well the outsides did wear a lot more than anything else, but i constantly corner very aggressively and this seems to be the norm with any tire I run)

I was telling my neighbor just yesterday that I wish I had some engine paint on me. What color would you guys do? I was thinking red but he just painted his on his truck red and would feel like a dingleberry if I did the same color. Still have to do the front. So I have time to get some paint and do it.

As for the tires. I had expected 35-40k miles from them. But the explorer that this car just replaced saw 12,000 miles in three years. So I am probably good. Lol.

I had the same tires on mine a few years ago. Grip was pretty decent but didn't last 20k miles.

great man , I have just slotted from R1 concepts and they are great and they dont rust , i would just get the rotors from them and get some akebono pads ceramics
