    thanks to all who reply in the thread, and those that replied the private messages, i got it all switched out earlier. It solved my Airbag light, AND my steering wheel controls and horn all work now. thanks again.

    no, i didn't take any images before this, but i believe in order to get the airbag off there are two bolts on each side of the steering wheel (right behind your steering wheel controls) underneath those tabs that cover the holes.
