ook after doin a few hours worth of research im kinda thinkin this may be a mute point on a relativly stock engine. I took apart a spare gen 2 manifold I had in the shop and there really isnt a whole lot of room for improvement unless you cut the bottom off to get access to the velocity stacks...

well at least with the gen 2 intak manifold the lower aluminum sections unbolt from the upper plastic plenum so it shouldnt be too hard to find a way to make it work, goin from scratch might be a bit of a pita tho

while looking at the new performance manifold available for the 3v mustangs I noticed a large amount of similarity between it and the gen2 3.9, anyone every acquired one and measured it?

the coils I have access to are custom made version of there custom coils by a select company for our specific applications, and will function better than any that can be made to fit

OOOK just got off the phone with my exhaust guy, "gettin it done wont be the problem, but in this shop your lookin at 20 or so hours plus material prob run a few grand for a nice custom tuned set of headers"... any of you want t spend the cash I can have them done but it will be on per order...

will do on the coils, the headers im not so sure about.... i know I could get it done, prob pretty quickly but the 800 bux thing im not so sure about there going to be expensive for a good set lemme call my exhaust guru

you have to port the manifold neck to match the factory throttle body in the gen 2's lol so im assuming that to perform this correctly one must open up the mani if they are in fact larger tbs

what year and engine size f150?
