how hard is the swap? I am mechanicly inclined enough to do my own breaks and install airbags how hard would it be?

I have a 93 mark 8 that needs a new tranny. I have drawn the line and i need a pickup now now any way. Have any of you parted out a car and if so what kind of luck did you have? Or should i just sell for $1000 or best offer.

Back I tore into the car today, there was air in the crossover tube but i havent been able to get the spout off i broke a 1/4 inch socket off in it i have two engines and will see if i can get the crossover on it. The belt is routed just like it is pictured. will fill and see one i get the tube...

My mark is overheating. My idler pulley seized and my belt broke the car overheated. I fixed the idler pulley and put on a new belt. Now when i run the car the temp will spike almost imediatley to over heat. I am hoping it is just a thermostat. Has anyone had this happen? Where is the thermostat...

I just picked up some Used HID headlights from a 96 lsc. Does anyone have a good set of conversion instructions? I looked on lincolnclub. org but the instructions have been pulled. I am a visual person so pictures make it easier for me.
