Update: dealership did a transmission fluid flush as I've requested. Fluid was kinda Brown but still had a red tint to it. No burnt smell!
Seems like that fixed my issue :)
Okay so looks like testing on the cigarette lighter isn't good, I haven't changed my alternator yet.
Testing on the battery terminals in the trunk with a multi-meter Im getting 14.30 Volts at idle and when going through the same load A/C and headlights and defrosters I'm still getting 14 Volts...
Update: The harsh shifting and jerking when putting into drive, reverse etc is still here after the PCM update.
I'm hoping my PCM isn't fried and it's just the solenoids D: does anyone know if the solenoids will throw a check engine light? DTC code?
Darn, this started happening today couldn't open the driver's door from the inside had to roll down the window to pull on the door handle outside to get me out :P Any ideas?

I did call the Ford dealership today for a diagnostic of the issue and they suggested there's a 'Computer' update for the car which could fix it. Is the PCM basically the same thing as the ECU? Because Ford calls the Alternator a Generator so I'm not really sure lol. The service advisor told me...

I've got two DTC codes on my 00 Lincoln LS 3.9L V8
1st one being P0133 and second one P0153 Looks like o2 sensor. Does anybody know the locations of these sensors?
