ive read in other places that it has a longer tail on it than a mark trans. if so i can just swap them correct?

need a transmission, know where i can get a low mile one out of a 97 town car i have a 97 lsc does anyone know if it will work? i know it is the 4r70w and the wiring harness is the same, will it work?

just had a bunch of air in the system, let it sit for a couple days and then kept filling it without running it through a flush "T" that i put in two years ago, doesnt overheat had it on the highway for an hour and its fine. now to do my trans swap -_-

thanks guys, when i pulled the thermostat it was the same as the one that came out of it so that shouldnt be the issue, been letting it sit and filling on a flush t thats back by my firewall and its been taking a LOT of water so im hoping this works need the thing back on the road

will bolt up to a 4.6 came out of a 97 cobra with 50k miles, trans shifts fine and syncros are all good when pulled. 800.00 or best offer clutch isnt there but clutch fork is, will ship if you pay.

very solid car, white with black interior, 156,xxx miles. clean and clear IL title. the bad: cracked windshield, misfire in one cylinder, broken passenger mirror, broken passenger door handle needs misc. interior parts. (all little stuff) the good! texas car only rust is surface...

I HAVE HEAT! thanks to a couple zip ties and what not. thanks guys! been 2 years since that car has had heat lol. when it gets nice again ill put the blend door in it so i have a/c too.

i did my pressure line and found that a crows foot was my best friend, believe it was a 17 or 18mm? had it at my shop where i could actually stand under it and it made it 10x easier ;)

pulled the glove box out and not 100% on where the plug is? anything else i need to remove or should i be able to get to it from there? no water in mine so hopefully just needs a little wiggle of the plug

got a 97 base, doesnt blow air at all. not through the defroster nothing. can hear the blend door changing when i go from a/c to defrost or whatever but still no air. where should i start? searched the threads and didnt really find much been looking for about two hours now

i want to make my white mark black. it needs paint either way but it has black interior. every time i see a black mark i think about it.. really nice car though i like the wheels. that hood is sweet too!
