You definitely want to heat the cans. I just put them in the oven for 5-8 minutes on 200 degrees. Shake occasionally. Ghost is correct on the amount, 2 cans to do the job 3 just in case you need touch ups .

I broke a stud changing the tires, I also have a dying DCCV. After I tackle those 2 projects I might look into Eibachs...if nothing else breaks down...

I'm also still chasing a vibration at high speed. I replaced rear toe link and sway bars so far and now no longer feel the vibe in my seat. I'm thinking my 11yr old original shocks might be my next step. Could also be front sway bars/bushings. The wheels don't have any play so I don't think it's...
