You definitely want to heat the cans. I just put them in the oven for 5-8 minutes on 200 degrees. Shake occasionally. Ghost is correct on the amount, 2 cans to do the job 3 just in case you need touch ups .
I broke a stud changing the tires, I also have a dying DCCV. After I tackle those 2 projects I might look into Eibachs...if nothing else breaks down...
