:D i found this in another thread.. this is my exact problem. Although his car is a Towncar.. is this also a known problem on LS's? And should i go ahead and take the vehicle to ford/lincoln, or try to get in there and work it out myself? Any advice is welcome ... as you can see im not car...

Im having these exact problems, when i start my car(2000 lincoln ls) at times the theft detection blinker blinks extremely fast and my vehicle wont start. Does anyone have a solution to this issue, or a suggestion to what action i should take? ~thnx ^^

I swear this car is driving me up the wall, i just washed my dads '00 LS sport, now the headlights wil not come on, only the highbeams and foglights, the hood was not open when i washed it, so doubtful if water got in there and damage'd something, any suggestions on what i can do to try and fix
