i have an 05 ls with the factory radio i had my aftermarket stereo stolen so i had to put my old radio in for the mean time. but after i have put it back in after 5 days the cd player keeps reading error an wont let me eject or load any cds can anyone help??

i have an 05 lincoln ls have my stock stereo in with a line converter for my subs an amp, i have everything already wired correct. i just dont know where to connect the remote wire, i had it on the ignition but after i turned the car off the amp would stay on an drain my battery any suggestions...
