I find it hard to believe that someone would force feed a 10:1 + motor. Just asking for a hole in a piston, unless they take out about 10* of timing. And that would defeat the purpose of blowing.
Well, I only have 30K on it, but the check engine light went out. All the codes are now history. I dont know what the hell happened but everything is good. Guess I'll have a spare 02 sensor on my hands since i already ordered it. Is there any easy way to clear out history codes?
Strange. I finally had a chance to look under the car and it only has one cat. There are only 4 02 sensors. One in each manifold, one before the cat and one after. The number 2 sensor point to the one in front of the cat. The only thing I can figure is that this is a dual purpose sensor. Looks...
97 seville northstar. I have an error code that points to bank1 sensor 2. I think this points to the sensor just ahead of the convertor, but which side of the car??
I have a 97 SLS and decided to install a new battery. OOPS!! I guess I should have used a jumper and connected another battery to the cig lighter to maintain memory. Well, I DIDNT. Now, I have about 5 codes in history, and a current code of P1139 which isheated 02 sensor insufficiant switching...

It's on the way. I had Arnott's send me an instruction sheet and didnt care for what i saw. The OEM bolts right in with one airline connection and one plug. Plus, factory warranty that can be honored right here at my local dealer.
I think I'll take my chance on the cheap one too. I just dont understand about these sites that offer the compressor for less money than just the head. Makes no sense.
Don't know how to tell if the dryer is bad. Would that show an error code?
Where did you find a dryer for 45 bux? Cheapest...
That is apparently not the right part number for mine. That number shows up to 93. I have found mine by drilling down a few sites but I cant believe what I see. Everyone shows the compressor at $379.00 but they list the compressor HEAD at $443.00. I thought the compressor came with the head...
