I have not started the car in almost a week, im thining its a frozen gas line. As the car starts and the engine tries to pick up gas but cant. i bought some gas line anti freeze poured it in but no luck. I may have to get a leak done.

how do u stress test a coil, I guess since my coil is only a few days old its likely something else than just the coil.

so i am guessing that if the coil is aftermarket, they should check all the other coils which are original ford parts to be stress tested and also for the spark plugs to be tested. I will have to call your local ford and other fords in the area.

okay, I think I should follow up with douglas ford or perhaps a larger dealership with a lincoln side to their dealership to get them to do any further work.

so, now that I have a ford coil in number 8 although it is aftermarket, will they do a stress test. They tell me that typically send the unit to ford and it is stress tested there. ANyway to stress test the units at home, how do you check if the spark plug is good or not.
