Just a thought, contact your bank/credit card institution directly and see if they can file a charge back for you, if you paid with a Visa/Mastercard you have 60 days from the time a transaction where the bank can file a charge back for you and get your money back.

Within about the next two to three months I'll be taking the LS to Carmax and selling it to them. However, I wouldn't mind recouping some of the money I've put in to the car and getting someone else a chance at some aftermarket parts for a reasonable price. Everything here is on the car, so...
